Toni Rudd is a UK HCPC-registered dietitian with experience in both NHS and private practice. In their NHS role, Toni worked with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, supporting their nutritional needs in a variety of healthcare settings.Now in private practice, Toni specialises in binge eating, disordered eating and non-diet approaches to nutrition, taking a specialist interest in neurodiversity. She helps individuals struggling with restrictive and binge eating behaviours. Toni’s approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs, empowering clients to build a positive relationship with food without guilt or restriction.
