Terms and Conditions of purchasing an OnDemand webinar

1. You are purchasing the ability to watch a pre recorded webinar and access associated resources and materials. 

1.1.This recording is available for a minimum of 30 days for purchase date.  

1.2. All Intellectual Property Rights in the webinar belong to the guest speaker and Sarah Elder Nutrition Ltd. 

1.3 The core information shared by the guest speaker belongs to the speaker and Sarah Elder Nutrition Ltd takes no responsibility for the content of this.

2.0 These webinars are for clinicians only and should not be access by clients/patients/service users or their families or share with them.

2.1 Sarah Elder Nutrition and the Guest Speaker do not hold liability for any clinical decisions made as a result of this webinar.

2.2 This webinar is for information only.

2.3 This webinar does not provide you with the competency to practice within eating disorder services.

3.0 In consideration of the fee paid by you, we grant to you access to the webinar for a minimum of 30 days post payment. Refunds will not be given unless there is a fault with the webinar that cannot be rectified. 

3.2 The resources and PDFs of the deck of slides can be downloaded for your own use.

3.3 These presentations may not be shared with others and only you have access to this.

3.1 You are not authorised to:-

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the webinar materials without prior written permission by Sarah Elder Nutrition and the guest speaker.

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the webinar

(iii) use the webinar in in your own or any other course or training

(iv) remove any copyright or the guest speaker, sponsor or Sarah Elder Nutrition Ltd on the webinar  materials;

(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any content that is part of the webinar

If this is breeched we will cease to provide you with any future services, including but not limited to access to future webinars.
