Sarah is a Registered Dietitian with the HCPC. She began her studies at Leeds University in 2006 studying Food Studies and Nutrition. She followed her interest in the area of human nutrition and completed a post graduate Degree at Leeds Beckett University in Nutrition and Dietetics and converted this into a Master’s Degree in Nutrition.
Sarah works with clients to improve their nutritional status and support them to improve their heath and wellbeing as well as teaches Dietetic and nutrition students.
Sarah has spoken at numerous conferences and study days including The International Eating Disorders Conference and British Dietetic Association training days and events.
Over recent years she has volunteered as Public Relations Officer for the British Dietetic Association Mental Health Specialist Group where she has written, commented on and peer reviewed numerous documents. She currently works as a Clinical Associate Trainer for BEAT and has worked with NICE to produce quality standard in healthcare.
Sarah regularly contributes to national news media stories on Nutrition to ensure that evidence based nutritional advice is published in the media.
