Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund the session must be cancelled via email or online 48 hours before the appointment time. No refund will be received if an appointment is missed or a cancellation is after this time. To reschedule a pre-paid appointment, at least 48 hours is required, otherwise 50% of the fee will be retained.
